Background
Nick is the founder and principal of Nick Xenophon & Co Lawyers.
He began his career as a lawyer in 1982 after graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Law degree.
In 1984 he founded Nick Xenophon & Co. Lawyers with the primary focus of helping South Australians who have been injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, or public liability.
His belief that “everyone is entitled to fair justice” is the foundation upon which the law practice was established and continues to be the guiding light upon which we do business today.
From 1997 to 2007, Nick served as an independent member of the South Australian Legislative Council and from 2008 to 2017 served as a Senator for South Australia in Federal Parliament.
In 2018, he resumed his professional legal career as the principal solicitor of Nick Xenophon & Co. Lawyers.
